The bonus: where the experience continues
A single evening of expansion is a glimpse. Real Life Meditation is the bridge between that glimpse and a way of living.
Over 21 days, Shai Tubali shares 21 meditations from different traditions — designed not for the cushion alone, but for ordinary life. For moments of stress, conflict, restlessness. For the in-between moments where presence is most easily lost.
Each day, a short talk, a guided meditation, and instructions for carrying the practice into your day.
"My whole little world has changed. I immediately started the second round." — Marie D., participant
"I am everything. I contain everything. I am full of fullness and at the same time 'emptiness'. This realization revealed itself today on a very deep level in my heart." — Nadia D., participant
Value: €97. Free for everyone who registers for the Summer Retreat by May 1st at midnight.
The gold has never been lost.
The Yoga Vasishtha points to a single insight: just as a bracelet is still gold that has only taken a particular form, so the world is one reality, appearing in countless shapes.
The confusion is not in the forms. It begins the moment we forget the gold.
This retreat is dedicated to that remembering.
