This retreat is an invitation to meet all aspects of our being in deepest stillness and transform them with powerful tantric techniques so that the light of awakening can permeate our whole being.

- Lectures and satsangs on the principles of transforming darkness.
- A selection of the most powerful tantric enlightenment techniques from the 6 Yogas of Naropa, such as Deity Yoga, Inner Fire Meditation and Clear Light Meditation.

How do you normally deal with negative emotions? For example, when you are flooded with anger, difficult memories, fear, worry or intense attachments?
And how do you face difficulties in life such as sudden changes, loss, grief, illness and death?
Usually we tend to lose ourselves in negative emotions or suppress them. In challenging moments we contract and feel overwhelmed. There is another, opposite way.

All the energies we can find internally and externally – even our so-called lower urges or dull emotions – are spiritual in their essence. Every form of darkness is hidden, contracted light.
Tantra knows the powerful potential that lies in these very negative energies. A tantric practitioner is not afraid of negative emotions, traumas, sexual energy, fears or worries.
