Does our heart really need protection? Does it have to keep closing itself off and building a protective wall around it when we are disappointed?<\/em><\/p>\n

In the Upanishads of Hinduism, as in the Buddhist tradition, the inner center of the heart is described as the seat of the True Self. Behind the outer layers of the heart – which are characterized by changing emotions, hurts, disappointment and our self-image – there is an inner, untouched layer of the heart: the inner cave of the heart, as it is called in these scriptures.<\/p>\n

In this seminar we will discover what the heart chakra is \u2013 what its secret powers are, how the awakened heart changes our lives and what the deeper meaning of love is. The heart is not only a place of spiritual healing, self-love and compassion. Within the heart lies the potential of spiritual liberation.<\/p>\n
