In meiner Arbeit als Yogalehrerin und nat\u00fcrlich auch bei mir sehe ich sehr deutlich wo die Traumata im K\u00f6rper festgesetzt sind. Diese Kombination von Heilung durch Bewegung und der Ausdehnung ist f\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich der optimale Heilungsprozess. Am schwierigsten fand ich pers\u00f6nlich das Heilen der ganz alten \u00abWunden\u00bb. Da habe ich gesp\u00fcrt, wie lange Zeit dies brauchen kann um wirklich zu heilen. Ergo, mein pers\u00f6nlicher Transformationsprozess war eine immense \u00d6ffnung zur inneren Quelle.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Verbundenheit, von der ich jederzeit sch\u00f6pfen kann um zu geben, das ist wohl das heiligste was ich erkannt habe.<br \/>Ich habe so viel Frieden in meinem Sein erfahren, dass Emotionen nicht mehr so viel Raum einnehmen. Ich reagiere viel ruhiger und klarer, wenn vom Au\u00dfen ein Sturm einbricht. Entscheidungen basieren nicht mehr auf Grund des gekr\u00e4nkten Egos, sondern im Mitgef\u00fchl und Frieden.<br \/>Ich w\u00fcrde dieses Training definitiv weiterempfehlen. Dieses Training ist ein Schl\u00fcssel und es gibt wohl niemand der\/die diese Art von Heilung nicht brauchen k\u00f6nnte. Es birgt so viel Potential zur Transformation unbewusster und tief vergrabener \u00c4ngste, Muster und Glaubenss\u00e4tze, die mit dem Verstand, dem Denken und der Sprache nicht erreichbar sind. Mit Hilfe der Weisheit des K\u00f6rpers und des Chakrensystems, das durch die sehr gut strukturierten Anleitungen zum Ausdruck kommen kann, k\u00f6nnen tief verwurzelte und eingepr\u00e4gte Muster und selbst Traumata aufgel\u00f6st werden. Diese School kann meiner Meinung nach eine langj\u00e4hrige Psychotherapie in vielen F\u00e4llen mindestens gleichwertig ersetzen, da die Techniken sehr direkt auf Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse einwirken und sehr klar und pr\u00e4zise sind.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man die School ernst nimmt, l\u00e4sst sie kaum Schonraum f\u00fcr die Seele, sich weiter hinter der Opferrolle zu versteckten. Die Eigenverantwortung f\u00fcr das eigene Leben wird in dieser Zeit schnell deutlich, was ich f\u00fcr eine wichtige Grundlage weiterer Entwicklung halte. Menschen, die Andere in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen begleiten m\u00f6chten oder bereits in einem helfenden Beruf arbeiten, empfehle ich diese School ebenfalls.<\/p>\n<p>Mir als Sozialarbeiter hat sie wichtige Hintergr\u00fcnde zur Psyche und zum Menschsein allgemein vermittelt, wodurch sich meine Arbeit indirekt verbessert hat. Beispielsweise durch mehr Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr mich und Andere.
