You will also be matched with a practitioner to begin scheduling your four sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Placement in the immediate-start or waitlist group is determined by random assignment \u2013 this is a core element of the study design and ensures the scientific validity of the results.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About the participation fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The fee of 200\u20ac (50\u20ac per session) is paid directly to your assigned practitioner. This is a research project, not a commercial program \u2013 our goal is to examine the measurable effects of The Switch in a rigorous, scientific way. Your participation makes that possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Upon full completion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a thank-you for completing all four sessions and all three research questionnaires, you will receive complimentary access to Shai's 21-day challenge. Galilee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The objective is to examine the measurable effects of a structured identity exploration method known as <em>The Switch<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Participants contribute to the development of an evidence base in the field of identity and perceptual flexibility, while personally engaging in the structured process being
