We live in fast-paced times. Things are changing rapidly. Old solutions and automatic ways of thinking no longer seem to offer answers to this reality.<\/p>\n
Particularly when we carry responsibility, it makes it hard to meet external expectations and pressure and to make quick decisions. So we end up feeling paralyzed, overwhelmed. There is a constant, inner tension. It\u2019s tiresome not to be able to see the next step and to feel like we\u2019re walking in the fog. And although we like to think of ourselves as rational people, we are often ruled by emotions, fears and irrational thoughts. There\u2019s the fear of failing: of making big mistakes.<\/p>\n

The ability to act with absolute clarity, certainty and confidence in uncertain situations does not<\/em> <\/strong>lie in reading another book, listening to our gut feeling or accumulating even more information.<\/p>\n
We usually try to meet our challenges with our limited mind, without even considering the most essential factor: the quality of mind from which we address the challenge. Our ordinary thinking is based on images and experiences of the past and is controlled by emotions and feelings. It is therefore highly unsuitable for facing new, unknown situations.<\/p>\n
At the same time, this automatic thinking is only a fraction of our mind\u2019s true abilities. A large part of our actual potential is usually inactive because we are so caught up in thoughts, emotions and fears.<\/p>\n
The key<\/em> <\/strong>lies in our ability to get in touch with expanded states of consciousness<\/em><\/strong>, for they are the source of absolute clarity, intelligence and insight and allow us to face our challenges free of confused thoughts – and development a new perspective on them. The School of Inner Wisdom is an advanced eight-month training program that teaches you how to systematically access expanded states of consciousness, where absolute clarity and security can be found.<\/p>\n

Shai Tubali and Tamar Brosh have years of experience working with thousands of people. Shai\u2019s Expansion Method is being used throughout Europe and the potential to bring about transformation through expanded states of consciousness is being explored in academic research projects with the Charit\u00e9 Berlin and the University Duisburg-Essen.<\/p>\n

How do you usually make decisions? What we call rational thinking is very often guided by hidden fear, by limiting beliefs, by our self-image. In addition, over the years our brain has become accustomed to fixed thought structures. This autopilot mode is not really creative. Also, current brain research shows that we usually use only a fraction of our brain\u2019s creative potential.<\/p>\n
In this training, we will learn different techniques to directly release stuck thought structures and beliefs. In this way we bring the mind back to an open, creative and flexible state, beyond confusion and doubt.<\/p>\n
The techniques are based on current brain research and inspired by the knowledge of ancient wisdom traditions or the transformative dialogue form of philosopher Jiddhu Krishnamurti.<\/p>\n
Some of the core techniques of the school are based on the expansion method developed by Shai Tubali, which guides people into expanded states of consciousness in a systematic and direct way. It is now used by therapists and coaches throughout Europe and its effectiveness is being researched in a project with the Charit\u00e9 Berlin.<\/p>\n
A fundamental principle is that we learn direct ways to transcend our ordinary way of thinking.<\/p>\n
Starting with simpler techniques, the process becomes deeper each month. We start with the foundation \u2013 a shared understanding of what a flexible, creative and clear mind is, and how to get directly into that state of consciousness. From there, we progressively move through topics such as decision making, seeing the next step, creative breakthroughs, to spiritual insight \u2013 directly experiencing the highest spiritual intelligence.<\/p>\n

Is there inner wisdom, a sort of \u2018inner guru\u2019 hidden deep within us, or is this just a myth? What are the conditions for the emergence of our inner wisdom? Is it like channeling? This introductory weekend will be dedicated to the fundamentals of inner wisdom, including learning about the journey ahead and the eight major techniques, which are like different doors that lead to our inner wisdom. Inner wisdom must arise from somewhere deep within us. Understanding these sources enhances our ability to get in touch more consciously with this hidden inner guru. This second introductory weekend will center on the subtler layers of our mind and consciousness and their interconnections. Based on a vivid model of mind and consciousness, we will learn how we can penetrate these layers at will and how the Expansion Method makes this possible for us. We will also put this knowledge into practice by studying and experiencing the Expansion of the Next Step: creating our future from our mind\u2019s subtle layers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The training\u2019s second phase is dedicated to exploring the awakened mind: how can we make our mind continuously available for inner wisdom? And what does it mean to have our mind awake? The first step, on which the third weekend will focus, is the cultivation of the ever-young mind. The ever-young mind is unburdened by past, reaction, overconfidence, knowledge, and interpretation. To develop this kind of mind, we will learn to utilize the two tools of question (the magical power of asking questions correctly; inspired by Jiddu Krishnamurti and Socrates) and negation (the process that eliminates the past and empties the mind). This will directly lead us to the major process, The Question, which helps us to see clearly based on these tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On the solid foundation of the third weekend\u2019s study and practice, we will be able to explore the insightful mind, which replaces thinking with heart-based listening and becomes receptive to insight. We will discover what seeing things as they are actually means and also what the experience of insight involves. We will devote a great deal of attention to one of the most revealing techniques of the entire system: Expansion of Inner Wisdom. This technique, like the Question, makes use of questions, but combines an effective process of ever-increasing expansion.<\/p>\n
Another major and fascinating aspect of the awakened mind is that it is extraordinarily flexible. But what does flexibility really mean? This weekend, we will learn what it means to be free from perspective, position, and identity. Our mind is far more fluid than we have ever imagined, as long as it is willing to put aside, even momentarily, its fixed positions and perspectives. To discover this experientially, we will learn and practice the Switch, which enables us to switch identities, including identities that seem at this point inseparable from our very being. The freedom we discover when allowing this to happen opens the door to new forms of self-creation and freer uses of perspectives and identities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The fourth and last feature of the awakened mind is a truly creative capacity. We will learn the important difference between a creative mind and a creator\u2019s mind, the latter implies finally having the ability to shape the present and future from the power of expanded consciousness. We will also explore what happens when this kind of mind engages in processes of decision-making and faces challenges. This will naturally lead us to the sixth major technique of the Expansion of Creative Action: determining what our right action should be from the state of the creator\u2019s mind.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The training\u2019s third phase will take us beyond the realm of inner wisdom to be able to be empowered also by other fields of intelligence. After all, intelligence and wisdom do not lie only inside us but also outside us, first in our body and Chakra Type wisdom, and then in nature, the cosmos, and the higher all-organizing intelligence. We will thus learn ways of tapping into these fields of intelligence, first by studying and practicing the major technique of the Wisdom of Nature, which enables us to be humbly inspired by forces and creatures in the natural world.<\/p>\n
Our last weekend will be dedicated not only to the conclusion of the journey as a whole but also to a second major field of intelligence that can enkindle our inner wisdom: cosmic wisdom. On this most spiritual weekend, we will learn some secrets of the third eye and how meditation opens us to higher intelligence. Most importantly, we will study and practice the Expansion of Cosmic Wisdom: merging our mind into the cosmic mind in order to gain a bird\u2019s-eye vision.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tamar is bringing to the school her rich experience as a coach and instructor, who has worked with thousands of people using Shai\u2019s methods and tools from positive psychology. In The School of Inner Wisdom she is a co-teacher with Shai Tubali, focusing on the teaching of the techniques and the practical application of the methods as tools directed at the self and as a one-on-one tools.<\/p>\n
She will be leading the certification for senior instructors. Her role in her work is as a facilitator of healing, an empowering mentor, a teacher and a trainer. Inspired by the Buddhist \u201cbodhisattva vow\u201d, she is committed, with all her heart and intention, to serve all those who suffer and seek inner and outer transformation. She guides in monthly live supervision-calls in the School process.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
